The service Restream.io allows split original stream to other services.  See how to stream to Restream.io by WinBroadcaster.

Step 1

Open WinBroadcater and press On Air and select RTMP Mode

It opens browser page for streaming. You need fill two fields.

Step 2

Log in to Restream.io, found RTMP URL field and Stream Key and copy them to WinBroadcaster and press START:

Finish

After START you can see your stream in Restream.io dashboard:
